About Advanced QA Solutions Ltd.

Testing software applications is an activity that gives huge but little-recognized value to an organization. The business value is in the proof that an application meets its requirements (often spurring the generation of adequate requirement definitions): lack of recognition is illustrated by the last-minute nature of test provision and, often, the few resources available.

The founders of AQAS have been testing software systems for years. We are convinced that there is no alternative to automation for adequate testing. Automation is the only way to generate a comprehensive set of tests that can realistically be deployed for every new revision of software.

But we know that conventional implementations of automated testing are difficult to deploy. You need to be a skilled programmer, you often need months to set up an adequate suite of tests, and the thought processes required for this are far removed from those needed to exercise an application to its limits. People with these skills are hard to find, which is why organizations providing testing services, such as AQAS, can thrive.

We developed our SVaT product for companies to succeed in developing their own rapid automated test capability. SVaT tests applications through their GUI - driving the application and monitoring the results through standard test tools. SVaT generates all its tests visually in the language of the application's own GUI: it takes only hours, and you need software testers not programmers to develop these tests. And SVaT highlights failures in testing in the same visual way, resulting in remarkably short turnaround times from test to report.
