System Verification and Test (SVaT)

SvaT enables rapid development of automated software tests for GUI-based applications. Furthermore, with SvaT you employ your Test Engineers' testing abilities rather than their coding skills, providing far more effective test coverage in far shorter time.

SVaT can be employed at the start of the development cycle, where requirements can be written with SVaT-based testing in mind. SVaT's unique functionally-based specification representation is ideally suited to this stage. Unlike other test systems, SVaT's test specifications are insensitive to the actual structure of your GUI, so can be quickly deployed once the product design has been finalized - perhaps months later.

SVaT can also be deployed at the last moment in the development cycle, when the testing team is confronted with a complete application and little time for testing. SVaT's rapid creation of GUI tests based on reading the GUI structure from the actual software can provide reasonable test coverage of your software within a day.

SVaT's insensitivity to the actual GUI structure also means that it is unique in providing you with full test coverage at minimal cost as your applications evolve from release to release. The effort involved in modification is minuscule.
